5. Guest Responsibilities

Avoid activities that may cause damage, disturbance, or inconvenience to other guests.

6. Damage to Resort Property

Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing resort property that is damaged, lost, or misused during their stay, except for reasonable wear and tear.

7. Swimming Pool and Other Facilities

Guests using the swimming pool or other resort facilities do so at their own responsibility.

Guests must follow the safety instructions displayed by the resort.
Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult.
The resort may temporarily close facilities for maintenance, safety, weather conditions, or other operational reasons.

8. Children and Minors

Children staying at the resort must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of children under their supervision.

9. Prohibited Activities

Guests must not engage in activities that are illegal, dangerous, disruptive, or likely to cause harm to people or property.

The resort reserves the right to take appropriate action, including asking a guest to leave the property, where serious violations occur.

10. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

Willow Mist Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Guests are advised to take reasonable precautions and use any security facilities provided by the resort.

11. Photography and Activities

Guests may take photographs and videos for personal use, provided that they respect the privacy of other guests and resort staff.

Commercial photography, filming, or promotional activities may require prior permission from the resort.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India and the State of Kerala.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over the resort.
